Romiley, Stockport

We successfully delivered the construction of three residential plots in Romiley, Stockport, providing a complete groundworks and civil engineering package from start to finish. Our works included ground remediation, bulk excavation, waste removal, foundation construction, installation of the main drainage connection, attenuation tank installation, permeable paving, and all associated external works. We also carried out the off-site Section 278 highway works required to support the development, ensuring the project was completed to the highest standards and in full compliance with local authority requirements.
